Subscribing to text message notifications: By texting 37872 to enroll in GPS text notifications (collectively the “Text Notifications”), you agree and consent to receive communications from GPS Hospitality, LLC and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “Company”) via Short Message Service or text according to the terms and conditions described herein. By enrolling in Text Notifications, you will receive text message notifications at the number you provided at the time you enrolled. You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
Authorization: You certify that you are authorized: (a) to enroll the designated mobile phone number in Text Notifications, and (b) to incur any mobile message or data charges that may be incurred by participating in Text Notifications.
Frequency of Messages – The number and frequency of messages you will receive after texting 37872 and enrolling in Text Notifications may vary and be up to 20 per month. In addition to the main messages provided through Text Notifications, you may receive one or more welcome messages or administrative messages, such as a request to confirm your enrollment or a confirmation that you have chosen to stop participating in Text Notifications.

Message, Voice, and Data Rates May Apply: Company does not have a separate charge for Text Notifications, but message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. By enrolling in Text Notifications, you approve any such charges from your mobile carrier and agree that you are solely responsible and liable for paying them. Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.
No Guarantee: Company is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including (but not limited to) undelivered messages resulting from any form of filtering by your mobile carrier or service provider or otherwise.
Carriers: Supported carriers include all major United States carriers including, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, and others.
Use of Automated Dialing Technology: Company may use an automatic dialing system to deliver the text messages to you. The Federal Communications Commission defines an “automatic telephone dialing system” or autodialer as equipment that has the capacity to store or produce telephone numbers to be called and to call such numbers. 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200. By your enrollment in Text Notifications herein, you give your consent to Company to use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to the phone number you provide at the time you enroll.
Privacy: Any information submitted by you for Text Notification purposes will remain your property. Company may use your phone number and other information provided to communicate with you via Text Notifications or other methods and for administrative and personnel purposes. Company will not sell, lease, license, or otherwise provide your information to another without your consent, except where legally required to do so by law or court order.
Termination: Company reserves the right to terminate Text Notifications, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without notice to you.
